Evan Keeling is a comic maker from Washington DC and a co-founder of the comic artist and writer collective The DC Conspiracy. Evan develops comic book based programing and creates mini-comics at the Smithsonian, where he has been an exhibit specialist for the last 12 years.Currently Evan has been working with a comics team, The Latin American Youth Center, and Shout Mouse Press teaching Latinix youth how to make comics about their experiences emigrating to America, book out in 2018.
